About the Mentorship Co-Facilitators
Bina Bird, MA, LMFT-S, PMH-C is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of clinical experience focused on women’s mental health and relational well-being. She is a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional who has worked across the spectrum of perinatal concerns — including infertility, pregnancy and infant loss, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and birth trauma — and provides supervision to LMFT associates. Bina brings relational systems expertise and real-world clinical experience to mentorship, helping clinicians deepen their competence and confidence in nuanced clinical work.
Felicia Hurst, M.S., LPC-S, PMH-C, is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and nationally recognized leader in advanced perinatal mental health education. As Founder and Program Director of Nurturing Mamas Network Training Institute, Felicia personally leads many of the institute’s core advanced trainings and supports approximately 700–800 clinicians annually in enhancing their clinical expertise. Her mentorship reflects both advanced clinical depth and broad exposure to the evolving needs of clinicians serving perinatal families.
Together, Felicia and Bina bring extensive clinical experience, advanced training, and a commitment to relationally informed, systems-aware professional development. They understand the emotional and clinical complexities of working with infertility, pregnancy and infant loss, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, birth trauma, and the relational shifts that accompany the transition to parenthood.

Mentorship Format
Groups meet online biweekly or monthly for 90 minutes
Groups are held Mondays 11am-12:30pm CST.
Group size is intentionally limited to ensure meaningful engagement
