This program will discuss the modality “ACT” and how to tailor it to best fit the needs of women’s mental health.

Participants will be able to:
1. List 6 core elements of ACT.
2. Demonstrate 8 therapeutic techniques specific to ACT.
3. Effectively assess and diagnose 3 perinatal mood or anxiety disorders.
4. Create a treatment plan with 5 objectives.
5. Identify 3 obstacles to working with women experiencing a mental health disorder.
6. Apply the core elements of ACT with 3 mock cases.
